News Corp Australia, branding agency Principals, and strategy and operations agency Customer Frame, are set to take to the stage at Mumbrella’s B2B Marketing Summit on September 5 to tackle topics including strategy, building a subscription-based B2B business, and customer profiling.

Lauren Moloney, News Corp Australia’s general manager of growth and customer commercialisation for small and medium business, will discuss why knowing your customers and providing ongoing value is the crux of a successful subscription business.

Moloney will unpack how to obtain a successful B2B subscription business

Moloney, the founding member of News Corp Australia’s digital marketing agency, News Xtend, will also share some of her key challenges, as well as the steps businesses can take, to create value which will appeal to your subscribers.

Strategy and operations agency, Customer Frame, will also appear at the B2B Marketing Summit, with its founders Peter Turner and Sueanne Car unpacking how B2B brands can apply customer profiling techniques to their business.

Peter Turner and Sueanne Carr will present a session on customer profiling

The session will explore ways B2B brands can identify their ultimate and intermediate customers, how to resonate with them, and how to provoke thought throughout an entire marketing and sales pipeline approach.

Plus, Turner and Carr will unpack how B2B brands can move past relying on brand alone to attract, convert, maintain and create advocates.

Meanwhile, Tim Riches, the group strategy director at branding agency Principals, will also take the stage.

Riches, who has worked with businesses including Australia Post, CHEP, Oliver Hume, Sucrogen and South32, is set to reveal how B2B brands should use brand to align business functions in a practical way.

The session will address how brands can align brand, business functions and leadership to create a clear and compelling brand proposition that can be as self-sustainable as possible.

Mumbrella’s B2B Marketing Summit is taking place at Hotel Swissôtel Sydney on September 5. Earlybird tickets are on sale now.
