Loupelis, who has been Melbourne agency group sales manager, steps in after Hale refined to join a start up.

Nova Entertainment’s commercial strategy manager, Kate Day, said Loupelis had already proven herself by managing a range of commercial partnerships.

“She has proven experience in successfully balancing editorial and commercial priorities, to the benefit of all those invested in the success of the partnership,” Day said.

“What sets her apart is that potent combination of being strategic, analytical and creative – but equally as capable operationally, which is essential for smooth design and execution of partnerships of any scale.”

Loupelis will join Nova’s national ‘Create’ leadership team and will continue Hale’s work developing partnerships across music marketing, brand experience and sponsorships.

Loupelis’s former role will be filled by ex-Bauer Media group sales manager, Marie Lacey, who joins Nova with 10 years of media experience under her belt.
