Papaya selected to launch Perfection Fresh product
Social media and PR agency, Papaya, has been chosen to roll out Perfection Fresh’s Cauli-Blossom® product.
The announcement:
Boutique public relations and social media agency, Papaya, has been appointed by one of Australia’s largest independent fresh produce businesses, Perfection Fresh, to introduce Cauli-Blossom® to the food service industry.
Since 1978 Perfection Fresh have been dedicated to horticultural innovation, delivering the freshest, most flavourful produce for every occasion. This passion led them to the creation of Cauli-Blossom®, which is readily available in supermarkets across Australia.
Cauli-Blossom®, a cauliflower version of broccolini with a long stem, is a unique and versatile vegetable grown in Australia and distributed by Perfection Fresh. Papaya will be spearheading the campaign to build awareness amongst the food service industry through creating inspirational and educational experiences for chefs.
Papaya director, Catherine Slogrove, is delighted to welcome Perfection Fresh to its food and beverage client portfolio.
“Perfection Fresh is one of the unsung heroes in Australia’s culinary landscape. We don’t talk about innovation in the fresh produce space enough and we can’t wait to get CauliBlossom® in the right hands. It’s a delicious vegetable that many Australian chefs may not know about, so we are very excited to engage our network to develop interesting and creative dishes,” she said.
Group marketing manager, Kristie Emerson, said she is excited to partner with Papaya for their expertise and extensive network within the food service industry.
“When we looked to embark on a program in the foodservice industry, we felt Papaya would be a natural partner because of their network of chefs and their passion for CauliBlossom®. We’re excited to increase the awareness of Cauli-Blossom® through inspiring chefs and ultimately consumers after trying it at their favourite restaurants,” she said.
Perfection Fresh joins Papaya Agency’s client portfolio alongside Australian Barramundi Farmers Association, Marine Stewardship Council, Gin Lane, Noshu, Bayfield Hotel Group and ResDiary.
