Paramount ANZ shakes up digital ad and streaming offering

Paramount Australia and New Zealand has made a number of senior appointments within its digital advertising and streaming division.

The team will fall under the leadership of Diane Ho, national digital sales director and Shani Kugenthiran, digital advertising strategy and product director.

The new team includes Zoe Kostos, head of commercial innovation, Milan Blazevic, head of programmatic, Phil Hammond, head of commercial data, Emily Rebecca Smith, commercial transformation lead and James Vongdara, head of advertising platforms.

Kostos is responsible for Paramount ANZ’s ad product strategy and innovation with a focus on developing new ad revenue opportunities.

Blazevic will provide strategic leadership across the network’s suite of ad products and deliver client solutions.

Hammond will drive the strategic development to commercialise Paramount ANZ’s data sets that complement business and client needs.

Smith will deliver a roadmap of initiatives to ensure Paramount ANZ’s long-term commercial growth, while Vongdara will lead Paramount ANZ’s advertising technology strategy.

“We’re unlocking shared value and business growth for advertisers and Paramount ANZ by delivering meaningful and connected customer experiences through advanced use of data and technology,” Kugenthiran said.

Paramount ANZ’s national sales director, Lisa Squillace recently left the business. Earlier this year, a global company restructuring saw several executives in the streaming, marketing and operations departments let go.
