Pedestrian Group appoints Rachel Tikey as commercial director

Pedestrian Group has promoted Rachel Tikey into the role of commercial director, a new position which will lead both the partnerships and client solutions teams.

Tikey has more than 13 years of commercial and creative experience, with a track record spanning three countries. She has been with Pedestrian Group since July 2017, prior to which she held roles with Pandora, Australian Radio Network (ARN) and Southern Cross Austereo (SCA).

Tikey has previously led teams in both the sales and client solutions departments at Pedestrian and demonstrated her talents in delivering exceptional client, commercial and creative outcomes.

Pedestrian Group CEO Matt Rowley said Tikey was the obvious choice for the role.

“Anyone who has worked with Rachel will know there is no better person for this role. I believe Rachel’s passion for the business, commercial acumen and natural leadership will further improve the way we work with our clients to bring the sharpest ideas in the market to life.”

Tikey, who will begin in the new role immediately, said she was excited for the new challenges.
