The announcement:

13 September, 2011:  Oliver Roydhouse, Managing Director of Inlink, has today announced the appointment of Peter Hunter as Commercial Director.

Inlink is Australia’s largest digital out-of-home network, delivering a mix of real time news and high impact advertising to a CBD business audience of over 2.5 million every month, Australia-wide.

Before joining Inlink Peter was with Aegis Media’s performance media company, iProspect.  He started with iProspect in Sydney as Managing Director of the ANZ region in 2008, before being appointed as CEO of iProspect APAC where he spent the last 18 months, based in Singapore.

The birth of his second child led him to decide that he wanted the family to be back in Australia.

Prior to iProspect Peter was General Manager International of Touchpoint, a Trans Tasman multi-channel marketing company supplying technology to the advertising industry.  In this role he was responsible for overseeing the Client Service and Customer Strategic Planning teams across the NZ and Australian market as well as day-to-day management of the businesses entry into the Australian market.

Peter will be based in Inlink’s Sydney office and will take on the responsibility of growing the business and the day-to-day management of sales, marketing and Inlink’s advertising and content strategy.

Through the strategic placement of digital screens in premium office towers throughout CBD locations, Inlink provides multiple points of media exposure to an exclusive working audience on a daily basis. Inlink’s property partners include GPT Group, Mirvac and Dexus.  Its advertising clients include Commonwealth Bank of Australia, IBM and Fairfax, to name a few.  Inlink’s integrated media solutions enhance the service property owners provide to their tenants and customers, allowing the opportunity for advertisers to reach an exclusive audience in a range of captive and prominent environments.

“We are very happy to have Peter on board and what he brings to the table is his extensive experience in the digital arena, now transported to focus on the digital out-of- home space,” Oliver said.

Peter added, “I am delighted to join Inlink.  The company is growing at an intense rate and there are so many opportunities and challenges for us with upcoming product announcements, key appointments and market research studies soon to be released.”
