Phil Ely promoted to APAC head of communications for Lowe Profero

Lowe Profero has promoted Phil Ely to the position of Asia-Pacific head of comminications for Performance@LoweProfero which is the name name for Profero’s global digital media offering, Profero Performance.

Lowe Profero, the global digital network of Lowe and Partners, today announced the promotion of Phil Ely to the position of Asia-Pacific Head of Communications for Performance@Lowe Profero.

Performance@LoweProfero is the new name for Profero’s global digital media offering, Profero Performance.

In the newly created role Phil will be responsible for leading strategy and media across the region, having previously held the role of Head of Communications for Lowe Profero Sydney and senior media roles at Lowe Profero London

As Head of Communications, Phil will assume responsibility for top-down strategic planning and performance media across the Asia-Pacific region. He will also manage a number of key clients including Danone Nutricia, Lufthansa and Western Union. 

In addition Phil will take charge of Lowe Profero’s proprietary media tools including Signal, an integrated, fully customizable analytics and decision-making dashboard for digital ecosystems, and True Impact, a bespoke media attribution and investment optimization tool.

Wayne Arnold, Lowe Profero’s Co-Founder and Global CEO said the promotion demonstrated Lowe Profero’s commitment to the full service media and creative model both regionally and globally.

“Phil’s promotion to a senior strategic and media role allows us to join up the dots between a booming Asia Pacific market and our ongoing success around the globe, and it is great to be able to continue to promote from within our ranks of talent like this,” he said.

“Phil is unique in his ability to stretch across many digital disciplines whilst understanding specific detail of each, talents he has already successfully demonstrated in the APAC and EMEA markets,” he added.

The launch follows a number of exciting recent developments in the region including the recent acquisition of Profero by Lowe and Partners, winning the global digital business for DFS, Profero Japan’s merger with local communications agency Alien Eye and the relocation of co-founder and Global CEO Wayne Arnold to Singapore.
