Porter Novelli switches up its leadership structure

Clemenger Group communications agency Porter Novelli has announced significant changes to its leadership structure.

The changes include some shifts in the existing leadership team, as well as a number of new appointments.

The leadership team will be supported by newly-appointed Porter Novelli CEO Rhys Ryan and chief operating officer Arj Ganeshalingam, both of whom were promoted to their respective positions in January.

The new structure will be comprised of managing partners Clare Willenberg and Patrick McClelland, technology sector lead Jessica Hodges and client partner Madeleine Page, as well as Red Hava’s Madeleine Hanley, who will be joining the team as media and content lead.

Experienced communications leader Laura Hill has also be appointed as special counsel, with previous experience including senior roles at Oxfam, NAB and CARE Australia across more than 17 years’ in the not-for-profit, corporate and government sectors.

Clemenger Group Chief Executive Officer Les Timar welcomed the new appointments.

Agency CEO Rhys Ryan also commended the firms efforts to lay a strong foundation for growth in 2022.
