PR agency Example offers its services pro-bono to the hospitality, travel and entertainment industries

Brand, marketing and public relations agency, Example, is supporting the hospitality, travel and entertainment industries that have been impacted by COVID-19 by providing pro-bono expertise to brands that need it most.

Andy El-Bayeh, director of Example, said the agency would not exist without those working in these embattled industries.

“Example would not exist without the love and support of our friends and peers working in food, drink, travel, music and entertainment – industries which are facing unprecedented and ever-changing challenges. In a time of much uncertainty, the importance of unity and community is clearer than ever,” El-Bayeh said.

The agency’s initiative is titled Good Example. Example is encouraging brands to email their brief to good@example.com.au. The agency will work on one submission pro-bono a week.

Co-director, Rebecca Gibbs, was inspired by those creating positive change and innovation in the industry.

“Amongst the upheaval of the past few weeks, we’ve been inspired and energised by those adapting positively to change and producing ideas that foster community, connection and hope. By providing time and expertise where we can, we hope to collectively push innovation and support the creative industries we love and exist in,” Gibbs said

Example’s clients include Diageo, Merivale, Prom Peru, Nine Food Events, Lost Paradise, The Australian Agricultural Company, Papua New Guinea Tourism Promotional Authority, Chargrill Charlie’s, Moelis Australia Hotel Management and Brew Dog.

Example launched in 2017.
