Quiip wins three new community management clients

Community management agency Quiip has won three new clients: Publicis Worldwide Australia, Sydney Adventist Hospital and Museum of Australian Democracy.

As well as securing three new clients, Quiip has also retained Beyondblue and VicHealth’s This Girl Can campaign.

Quiip will assist with its clients’ out-of-hours social media and community management, social media training, suicide, mental health and critical escalation support and engagement, crisis communications and risk planning.

Alison Michalk, CEO at Quiip, said in a statement: “Online community management has become an intrinsic part of the way organisations engage with customers and audiences and more and more businesses are recognising the need for round the clock support – as our growth can attest.

“As leaders in the social media and risk space offering 24/7 support, clients are increasingly approaching us to establish robust risk frameworks, response protocols and procedures to ensure
they’re prepared to manage potential issues whenever they may arise.”
