Real Talk podcast launched by realestate.com.au
Property website realestate.com.au has jumped into the world of podcasting with Real Talk, a new series designed to help young Aussie navigate big property decisions.
Real Talk is hosted by Alice Piper, and the first three episodes are now available. The podcast “aims to answer listener property questions, equipping them with real market insights and empowering them to make informed choices”, and will feature a rich array of guests, including economists, mortgage brokers, and data analysts.
“The property market has rapidly changed over the past few years,” notes REA Group General Manager Content and Growth, Tobias Johnstone.
“We saw house prices rise, dip, stabilise and rise again, the rental market remains incredibly challenged, migration has increased, and successive interest rate rises have resulted in shrinking borrowing capacities.
“The podcast is designed to help those who may be trying to buy their first home, looking to refinance, or trying to secure that next rental property in a tight market. Alice and her expert guests unpack what’s really happening in real estate, with everyday people in mind.”
The podcast is available now through Spotify and Apple, with a new episode out each week.
