Realestate.com.au introduces home valuation estimator in new work from Brand + Story

REA Group’s realestate.com.au is giving homeowners insight into the value of their home in a new integrated campaign from Brand + Story.

The campaign invites Australians to use the real estate platform’s ‘realEstimate’ tool, which gives property owners a free and instant estimate of their homes value.

It is the brands first major work in more than a year, with the last campaign created by Thinkerbell in partnership with production agency Brand + Story.

The media buy for the campaign was handled in-house, with the exception of TV, which was credited to indie media agency Kaimera.

REA Group’s general manager, consumer marketing, Sarah Myers said: “Australians love property and they consistently turn to realestate.com.au. Strong demand for property remains with buyer enquiries on our site 14% higher than pre-pandemic levelsii and the level of demand is continuing to increase. We know the buyers are there, and our latest campaign aims to support owners and help drive their confidence to list.

Launching nationally yesterday during the broadcast of top-rating shows across Seven, Nine and Ten, the campaign TVC gives a rundown of the realEstimate tool and how it can help people to value their “most important assets”.

Myers continued: “realestate.com.au has more properties for sale than anywhere else, and Australians use our platforms as part of their everyday lives. Our unique property owner experiences empower owners with the tools to monitor the market and help them understand the best time to sell.

“Property valuations are not new to realestate.com.au, but the accuracy of realEstimate™, powered by PropTrack, has reached globally competitive levels. The launch of realEstimate™ to market is an output of extensive research with our consumers to develop both a product name that was easy to understand, memorable and ownable for our brand.”

The campaign rolls out with a prime-time broadcast TVC, and extends to localised outdoor, BVOD, online vodeo, social, digital display, audio and will feature across Sunrise in Melbourne and Sydney.
