Ribbon cut, bedazzled mics installed: Kyle and Jackie’s new studio is officially on air

Kyle and Jackie O have officially moved to their new custom-built North Sydney studio, and nothing says ‘officially’ like an official ribbon-cutting ceremony officiated by NSW Premier Chris Minns.

While the pair’s Melbourne start date still looms, Sandilands and Henderson broadcast from their new North Sydney digs this morning, with Sandilands asking the Premier: “Would you agree with me this is the most technically advanced studio you’ve ever seen?”

“The relocation of The Kyle & Jackie O Show to our new, purpose-built studio signifies a pivotal moment for ARN and I would like to thank every team member who has worked on this project,” said Ciaran Davis, ARN chief.

“As we continue to evolve and innovate, this move underscores our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional audio experiences to listeners across the nation. With the impending launch of The Kyle & Jackie O Show into Melbourne, we look forward to the continued success of the show from its impressive new headquarters.”

The entire Sydney team will be broadcasting from the new North Sydney ARN headquarters by April. WSFM’s breakfast hosts Jonesy & Amanda are the next to move from the ‘old’ studio in Macquarie Park to North Sydney, in the coming weeks.
