Simonds Homes consolidates its digital media with Switch Digital

Simonds Homes has consolidated its digital media account with Switch Digital, following a multi-agency review.

Simonds Homes wanted a single agency to provide an single view of buyers and the buyer journey.

Simonds Homes has restructured

The previous agencies working on the account were not disclosed. The consolidation of the account also follows an internal restructure at Simonds Homes.

Switch Digital’s remit will cover strategy, technology and real-time performance and investment.

Cameron Worth, general manager of marketing and technology at Simonds Homes, said: “Following an internal restructure, Simonds was looking for an agency that was able to provide a single view of potential buyers at different stages in the home purchase cycle. Switch Digital offered a unique segmentation and reporting technology platform, along with a strong senior team that understood our business in these unique economic conditions.”

Lee Stephens, CEO of Switch Digital, said the agency’s service offering would give Simonds Homes marketing coverage across all platforms.
