‘Smart Ideas with Impact’: Agent99 successfully rebrands and wins more clients
Indie PR agency, Agent99, has officially relaunched its brand, while acquiring two new clients to strengthen its roster, Mumbrella can reveal.
The rebrand consists of a new tagline, “Smart Ideas with Impact”, and a new website. The new image was crafted to heighten the company’s standing as an agency skilled in creating campaigns that reward corporate and consumer brands with exceptional results.
It also plays into Agent99’s ethos of “PR that Performs”, ultimately emphasising that the organisation is skilled and equipped to leverage digital solutions/measurements and traditional methods that satisfy clients’ unique needs and bolster brand awareness – particularly through sales, search engine optimisation (SEO) rankings, visibility, conversions and website traffic.
When speaking on the rebrand, Communication and Public Relations Australia (CPRA) fellow, and Agent99’s director and founder, Sharon Zeev Poole, said: “It’s no secret that the past number of years in the PR industry have been tumultuous.”
“From the cost-of-living crisis, to changing consumer appetites and shifting marketing budgets, agencies have been feeling the whiplash.
“We’ve always had a no-nonsense approach to PR centred around driving client results, and exceeding KPIs. However, in today’s economy, we feel that it’s even more important to be able to not only deliver strong campaign results, but also tangibly measure and demonstrate the impact they are having on a client’s business.
“We want to help clients to not only stand out, but achieve their impact goals.”

The milestone achievement comes as Agent99 adds two more clients to its wellness and health portfolio, in addition to growing its relationship with two other international brands.
In terms of new clients, lens care product and contact lenses supplier, Bausch + Lomb, has signed on for a content creator campaign developed to increase product trials within the Australia and brand awareness.
The other client is fertility clinic, Connect IVF. Moving forward, the clinic and Agent99 will work together on thought leadership and media work to mould the brand’s image as an affordable, easily accessible outlet for peoples’ fertility needs. Both companies will also work on increasing enquiries for the clinic.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Bausch + Lomb and Connect IVF into the Agent99 fold,” Zeev Poole said.
“The health space is a continuously growing sector that is gaining ground despite the economic slowdown. We can’t wait to dive in and create bespoke strategies that will truly move the dial for their brands.”
After first signing with Agent99 in early September, 2023, mattress brand Emma will now receive digital message development and content creation services from the agency. Meanwhile, popular sports brand ASICS will be working with Agent99 on a media campaign for workplace mental health.
