Gifting is also now available, which allows Snap users to gift Snap creators cash-convertible crystals.

Snap’s general manager for APAC, Kathryn Carter, said: “The success of AR is dependent on a vibrant, diverse creator community and this rich ecosystem of creators is dramatically increasing the amount of AR content available on Snapchat. We are very excited to be launching Creator Hub with the aim to provide all things focused on creators at Snap. In addition to video tutorials, the community will also be able to access a wide variety of written information around everything from the best ways to get started with, if one is new to the platform to how to level up the content strategy.”

Snap also recently launched Arcardia, a global creative AR studio for branded AR content.
