Step into Life named partner for Women’s Health week

Step into Life has been confirmed as partner for Jean Hailes’ Women’s Health Week.

The announcement:

Jean Hailes for Women’s Health is thrilled to announce Step into Life as a major partner for 2018 Women’s Health Week.

Women’s Health Week is a national health campaign encouraging women to make time to focus on their own health and wellbeing. Across Australia, more than 90,000 women are expected to participate in community, corporate and online events across the five-day campaign.

Step into Life is a natural fit with the campaign, as its national network of outdoor personal trainers are committed to helping individuals make real and sustainable improvements to their lives.

“We are delighted to welcome Step into Life as a major partner of Women’s Health Week,” says Janet Michelmore AO, executive director of Jean Hailes. “Our annual campaign is about getting women to take positive steps that can last a lifetime. Just like Step into Life, we want to inspire all women to live healthier lives.”

Mel Cathie, Step into Life Ambassador, says it can be challenging for some women to maintain good health and fitness with the demands of a modern lifestyle. “We understand that getting fit is just one part of it and everyone deserves more. Our group outdoor personal training programs focus on total well-being for the long term,” says Ms Cathie.

“With more than 100 franchisees we are excited about working with Jean Hailes for Women’s Health to help all women right around Australia take positive steps in the right direction towards a fitter and healthier life.”
