Swinburne Online celebrates the support its students receive in TV ad

Swinburne Online has rolled out a TV campaign celebrating the support its students receive from the academic and support staff in a 30-second ad created by Ogilvy & Mather which visually conveys the idea by following a woman who receives help in her daily life from strangers.

Swinburne Online general manager of sales and marketing Teresa Smith said: “Our students are at the centre of everything we do, and the ‘We’ll see you through’ campaign showcases the unparalleled support services we offer.

“We receive close to 50,000 phone calls, emails and web enquiries a year from students tapping into our support. Queries can be academic, personal and technically related, and we have personnel available seven days a week to provide support.

“We are proud to send the message across Australia that studying with Swinburne Online means you are supported and part of a collaborative learning community.”

The campaign is running across the country’s eastern metropolitan and regional areas.
