TAC out-of-home campaign warns drivers of upcoming drug tests
The Transport Accident Commision has launched a new campaign alerting drivers when the next drug tests will be conducted.
Created by Dentsu Aegis Network’s Posterscope, the campaign informs drivers of when drug tests could be taking place and aims to remind drivers they could be conducted at any time.
The campaign will be displayed across QMS and APN Outdoor screens.
James Blay, Posterscope’s business manager, said in a statement: “We know from Posterscope’s OCS research (Out-of-Home Consumer Survey) that more than half of all adults find campaigns more interesting with a relevant time element. Liveposter allows us to deliver dynamic solutions to a client like TAC across multiple media owners and convey important messaging quickly.”
The campaign will be running throughout the month of February.
Errrr???? Isn’t the point of Random Drug Testing, that it is in fact random? Publicly advertising when you’re planning on conducting the tests really diminishes the surprise factor.
