Taste.com.au, Australia’s number one food media brand, will tomorrow launch Taste Healthy 100, a national campaign designed to inspire Australians to embrace sustainable eating habits and enjoy their healthiest summer yet.
Running from August 23 until December 1, the editorially-led campaign will feature 100 days of feel-good food and delicious recipes, videos, and nutrition content, supported by a comprehensive omnichannel marketing campaign.
Taste.com.au content director Laura Simpson said: “With 100 days until summer, we’re thrilled to launch the Taste Healthy 100 campaign in response to strong audience interest. As many Australians shift their focus towards getting ready for summer, the campaign aims to make healthy eating more accessible with recipes that fit real life, cutting through confusion to offer realistic shifts for building healthier habits over time.
“’Healthy’ is a top-performing topic across our audience segments, and we’re committed to delivering our audience content that supports living well. We’ve surveyed 50 accredited dietitians for expert insights, ensuring our content is credible and relevant. Our goal is to inspire and support healthy eating, through small, sustainable steps.”
The Taste Healthy 100 campaign will showcase 100 fresh recipe ideas based on the ingredients dietitians recommend Australians should eat more often. These recipes will be complemented by taste.com.au’s extensive library of more than 8,000 healthy recipes.
The 100 day content roll out also includes healthy hacks, superfoods and practical wellness tips to support everyday healthy living. Taste.com.au’s food editors, in collaboration with external talent including dietitian (APD) and health coach Jess Burvill and cook and presenter Khanh Ong, will lead the campaign, ensuring a diverse and engaging content offering.
Head of food, travel and health Kerrie McCallum said: “The launch of Taste Healthy 100 is a significant milestone for taste.com.au as we continue to strengthen our position as a leader in healthy food and recipe content. Health is a core content topic for taste.com.au, we currently reach more than 2.7 million health-conscious foodies^ each month and have over 640,000 subscribers to our Taste Healthy newsletter. This campaign, following the recent taste.com.au brand refresh and site relaunch, is a key component of our broader brand strategy and will serve as a content tentpole moving forward.”
A consumer marketing campaign will support Taste Healthy 100, with promotion across digital, print, video, social and outdoor screens in shopping centres and gyms throughout the campaign.
