Tech start-up Memories appoints Speed as global performance media agency

Tech start-up Memories has appointed Speed as its performance media agency in Australia, expanding the remit to include other markets as the business expands.

Effective immediately, the agency will assist in driving its next phase of growth, as the business looks to replicate its Australian success in the US and UK.

Memories Group CEO Tom Ainsworth, a former Domain CSO and lead at Clemenger EG+, said Speed matched the company’s ambitions.

“We are an incredibly ambitious business, and expect our partners to share that ambition. With Speed we found a performance media agency that was prepared to push us, and our existing partners with innovative and effective solutions.”

Speed managing partner, Duncan Parfitt, said, “We share a very common goal with Memories, in that we are both hellbent on building world class businesses based in Australia. To help their growth into other markets provides us further opportunity to prove the model we have successfully built. And working with such lovely people sure helps as well!”

Memories Group CMO, Imogen Griffiths, said, “We have been impressed by the performance of our campaign in Australia, and are looking to replicate it in other markets. While we talked to agencies in other countries, they were not able to produce the surety of results that Speed can.”

Memories joins a roster than includes Voyages, V and B&D.
