Tomorrow marks the start of AdTech Sydney.
Dr Mumbo proposes a simple game.
Every time somebody in a session or presentation mentions the Old Spice case study, whichever member of the audience coughs the most loudly wins.
That is all.

At the facebook sales pitch tonight the old spice chestnut was used as a case study – sadly not many coughs. Also not much coverage from mumbrella on the facebook – surely facebook comes under Australias marketing umbrella

What I don’t get about AdTech is that it is Agency / Vendor folk presenting (trying to sell) to Agency / Vendor folk.

Can we have a large round of palms hitting foreheads everytime someone says “this is the year of the mobile” (OK, so it might be, but everyone’s been saying the same since 2002) and maybe a large sniffle through the nostrils everytime someone cracks a Charlie Sheen joke?

Yep there were definitely a few coughs happening throughout the presentations yesterday… but I think Sheensy might be starting to win the social media popularity race…
