The Block’s Shelley Craft features in Canstar’s latest TVC
Shelley Craft, one of the hosts on Nine’s home renovation program The Block, stars in Canstar’s latest television commercial.
The ad, created by Noisy Beast, features Craft manoeuvring through an unfinished kitchen telling Australians to “use the experts” when making big decisions such as renovating and deciding on their home loan.
Simone Davison, group manager of marketing at Canstar, said in a statement: “We’re firm believers that getting an expert on board to support with life’s big decisions can make all the difference, and this rings true for a property reno, buying a new home or when choosing a loan.
“Partnering with Shelley Craft is really exciting for us, she’s the one offering her expertise to The Block contestants to help them get a better score, and we felt she was a great fit for Canstar, as we offer our finance expertise to Aussies to help them get a better deal on their home loan, home insurance, and much more.”
Prior to featuring Craft in its ads, Canstar had ads which tied into Ten’s Masterchef and I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.
David Brown, managing director at Noisy Beast, added: “We’re now launching our fourth campaign with Canstar, and the results are bigger and better every time. We’re using our learnings to leverage an integrated approach with one of the biggest media properties of the year at time of year when consumers are in market. And just like The Block, Shelley is sure to help Canstar attract a crowd.”
