Seems an strangely positive spin on a ratings drop? But I know everyone on here loves the Chaser ‘boys’.
The show isn’t their best – easy targets, easy jokes. But whatever floats your boat, I guess.

Well last week the Australian was writing about how terrible the ratings were even though it one its time slot.
It surprises me that people only seem to look at ratings in terms of who got the most viewers compared to other shows at the same time, rather than concentrating on how many viewers a show actually got. It’s not like network television is competing solely with itself, it’s competing with all other forms of entertainment for eyeballs. 520,000 people watching at 9.30 seems okay to me.
