The Works’ Daresay makes 3 hires, including senior content editor

Daresay, the content and social agency sitting within The Works, has made three hires across its editorial and social media team, including senior content editor Matilda Duffecy.

Duffecy joined in January from The Frameworks, a design consultancy in London at which she spent just under a year and a half. Before that, she was at advertising and content agency Edge for three years, and had stints at magazines Inside Out and Super Food Ideas.

Noah Shaberman has also joined Daresay, part of ASX-listed digital services consultancy RXP Services, as a junior content editor, and Kaleela Lauder becomes community manager and content assistant.

“I’m delighted that Matilda, Noah and Kaleela have joined the team at a time the business is experiencing growth from existing and new clients,” said the agency’s managing partner, Ruth Haffenden.

“All three bring a great energy and will complement the work of the wider Daresay team as we continue to expand.”

Since The Works launched Daresay in 2018, the agency has built up a client list which includes , Business Australia, Goodman Fielder, Masterpet and Westpac. A year earlier, The Works was acquired by RXP Services.

Last year, Daresay and The Works sent staff around Australia offering digital marketing and social media services to small businesses impacted by the pandemic and bushfires, in an initiative dubbed ‘Van Jams’.
