‘They’re doing great things’: The Aussie brand that the former Nike CMO is a huge fan of

As the former chief marketing officer of Nike, Greg Hoffman knows a thing or two about strong brands, and there’s one Australian company in particular he’s a big fan of.

Appearing on Mumbrella’s one-on-one podcast series ahead of his headlining slot at this May’s  Mumbrella360 conference, Hoffman was asked by host Neil Griffiths about his upcoming trip to Australia and any companies he had his eye on.

“Speaking of the Australian market over the last year is spend some time working with a brand called LSKD. They’re a sportswear brand that’s doing really great things on the ground there and reminds me a lot of some of the early days and some of the categories I worked with at Nike,” Hoffman said.

Founded in 2007, LSKD is an Australian-owned and operated brand that “prides itself in producing, high-quality, functional sportswear with a street aesthetic”.

Hoffman continued: “You have a great team there under the founder, Jason Daniel. Why it’s captivating for me is Australia has always been such a big sporting nation. So, to get to advise and, and coach and, and work with a team that’s on their journey… they’re doing great things.”
