Thursday night non-news shows fail to pass million mark
News programs aside, not a single Thursday night show exceeded the million mark, according to preliminary overnight metro ratings from OzTam.
The Biggest Loser, which trounced the first airing of Heston’s Mission Impossible, saw a big drop on last week, falling from 1.233m to 0.967m viewers. Heston’s Mission Impossible was down slightly on its debut, slipping from 0.776m to 0.730m.
The Million Dollar Drop did ok, up a touch on last week with 0.770m, solidifying the improvement compared to last Monday when it pulled in just 0.570m.
6.30 with George Negus also faired reasonably well for a Thursday night, drawing 0.398m, although the audience was weak compared to Monday when it nudged close to the 0.5m mark.
