Town Square lures The Core Agency’s MD and Clemenger BBDO Melbourne’s planning director

Melbourne-based creative agency Town Square has lured The Core Agency’s managing director of three years, Jane Callister, as its managing director and Clemenger BBDO’s planning director Neville Doyle as its chief strategy officer.

Callister joined The Core Agency in 2014 from her previous six month stint as M&C Saatchi’s group head, while Doyle was a planning director at Clememger BBDO for two years after moving from Colenso BBDO.

Callister and Doyle join Town Square’s leadership team which includes partners Danielle Moeller and Harry Corsham, and creative directors Brendan Day and Gareth Davies.

Corsham said in a statement: “This is an exciting period for Town Square. We have a clear and simple focus on helping our clients to grow through the power of great work.

“Neville and Jane enhance our ability to deliver new strategic and creative opportunities for our clients, as two outstanding new additions to the agency’s leadership bench.

“Neville is an award-winning planner who joins us from one of the country’s leading agencies. Jane has an extensive track record of building agencies and developing high performance cultures. Their combined expertise, in conjunction with that of our existing senior team and the wider agency, will enable us to drive Town Square further forward in the coming years.”

Town Sqaure’s clients include APT, The Big Issue, Captain’s Choice, Frasers Property, Sovereign Hill, Tasman Butchers and Visit Victoria.

Callister, who is returning to Melbourne after six years, added: “I’m happy to be coming home to Melbourne and excited about the opportunity to work alongside Danielle, Harry and the rest of the team to drive their ambitious plans to grow the agency.

“They produce excellent and effective work and the prospect of building on that is something I’m relishing.”
