The announcement:
Dear All
How wonderful you are visiting our South Western Queensland area.
I am the CEO of Rural Financial Counselling Service Southern Queensland and included in our coverage area are the locations Charleville, St George and Roma where you are visiting. We cover the Southern Queensland area with another separate provider covering North Queensland. Our rural financial counsellors provide free, confidential and impartial assistance to farmers and small businesses and we have been extremely busy assisting farmers due to the drought and continuing dryness across our region. One of our counsellors will try to attend the Roma event due to prior appointments we may not have one available to attend St George or Charleville. We do have a 30 second advertisement about our free service and where farmers can get help if you were able to play it we would sincerely appreciate it. I would be keen to email it through to you. We employ 26 Rural and Small Business Rural Financial Counsellors across Southern Queensland. All the best with the trip.
Regards
Jenny
