Tumbleturn Marketing Advisory appoints new Melbourne lead
Sarah Baskerville has joined Tumbleturn Marketing Advisory as its third partner, to lead its Melbourne operations.
Baskerville joins from independent media agency Magic, where she has spent the last year as head of growth. She has over 20 years’ experience in agencies and publishing environments, specialising in digital transformation and business growth.
She joins as partner, alongside Jen Davidson and Dan Johns. Anthony Gregorio was a partner too, before joining Attivo Group — which owns agencies including 303 Mullenlowe, Mediahub, and Tonic Comms — as its executive chairman earlier this year.

Baskerville will be responsible for the advisory’s Melbourne operations, helping clients “bridge the gap” between strategy and operations.
“We’re seeing strong demand from marketers recalibrating their operating models, how they structure their agency village and embed AI into operations,” Davidson said in a release.
“Sarah brings the commercial lens essential for this evolution. Her proven transformation track record makes her perfectly positioned to lead our Melbourne offering and help clients bridge the gap between marketing strategy and operations.”
Baskerville said marketing has never had a more critical opportunity to drive business growth at the board level. She said she’s “long admired” what Tumbleturn has done to help marketers make that shift.
“Joining [Tumbleturn] felt like a natural evolution of my work leading integrated marketing, organisational and cultural change,” she said in the release.
“I’m excited to bring my digital transformation and commercial marketing experience to support our clients in evolving their marketing functions from cost centres into growth engines.”
