After a five-way pitch, Sydney’s cultural and lifestyle retail destination The Galeries has appointed URBAN as their retained creative agency. The two-year contract will see URBAN charged with strategy, creative and experiential responsibilities for the Ipoh-owned shopping centre.

Co-founder and CEO of URBAN, Gavin McDonough said, “The Galeries has provided us a fantastic opportunity to bring our entire proposition to the table, from trend forecasting and edgy ideas to innovative in-mall experiences. In The Galeries we have a partner who ‘gets us’ and who we know we will deliver great results for.”

URBAN begins working on the account immediately with their first tasks including a major centre activation and brand campaign.
