Outdoor media owner Val Morgan has expanded its digital offering.
The company has acquired 1,000 screens in 110 premium petrol stations through the acquisition of PumpTV, and has consolidated its outdoor properties under the new brand, Val Morgan Outdoor.
Val Morgan CEO, Damian Keogh said: “In 2013 we are undertaking significant capital investment to expand our digital out of home footprint. We see real growth potential for our latest acquisition PumpTV, and have just secured rights across all Woolworth’s petro convenience locations in Australia.”
“We are investing to double the current PumpTV footprint are also extending our retail shopping network, Val Morgan Retail Media, into an additional 50 shopping centres, adding another 125 large screens,” he said.
Val Morgan Outdoor MD Anthony Deeble added: “This investment and expansion will see the Val Morgan Outdoor digital network grow to over 3,000 digital screens in more than 600 national retail locations, impacting a cumulative audience of 70 million consumers monthly, just moments away from purchase. The expansion across Woolworths is already underway and we will be up and running in 15 top performing Woolworths petrol stations before Christmas.”
