Vivaki hires former Naked head of people Pauly Grant
Publicis Groupe’s agency group Vivaki has appointed former head of people at Naked Communications Pauly Grant into a similar role. Grant moves into the role of director of people and culture.
Grant was one of the first hires at Naked in Australia. The role at Vivaki is newly created after former talent acquisition manager Danny Zoldan moved to NineMSN.
The role will support staff recruitment and retention at Vivaki agencies Starcom MediaVest, ZenithOptimedia and Amnesia Razorfish.
Michelle Mowle, chief talent and transformation officer at Vivaki said in a press release: “From the moment I met Pauly, I knew she would be perfect for our business. She has a wonderfully infectious personality and a deep understanding of creative people and how they work. She combines this with strong business acumen and a drive for performance.”
The announcement is effective immediately.
