VMLY&R nabs Merkle’s Miles Cox for chief experience officer role
WPP’s brand and customer experience agency VMLY&R has appointed Miles Cox to the newly created role of chief experience officer for AUNZ.
Cox joins the VMLY&R AUNZ executive leadership team from Merkle, when he worked as the customer experience management company’s head of design. His experience extends to multiple roles at Isobar (now BWM Isobar), most recently as head of design, as well as design roles at Fox Sport Australia, and creative agency Tonic.
