I wonder how much ARN have Channel 7 to thank for this? Having Kyle as a judge on Australian Idol must be helping his brand, and the uptake in his audio content must surely be slipstreaming off the back of that.
That’s a good point, Gavin. It’s worth bearing in mind that Idol was on pretty much throughout Feb so absolutely could potentially be factored into the podcast numbers. Mind you, the radio uplift kicked off well before Idol came on air, so I think that would only be part of the story…
