Xero pushes its time-saving credentials in campaign focused on making it to family moments ‘right on time’

Online accounting software company, Xero, helps a young woman make it to a child’s concert just in time in a new brand campaign.

The new campaign seeks to portray moments which define ‘beautiful business’, such as reclaiming lost time and working remotely.

In a new piece of work from Goodoil Films, Xero tells two stories, one of a man preparing a child for their school concert and another of a woman leaving work.

It looks as though she is running late until a colleague says she has used Xero to finish the invoice codes.

The woman then makes it to the child’s concert as the curtains rise.

Penny Elmslie, small business director at Xero Australia, said the campaign is about exploring the moments which make an entrepreneur or small business owner feel rewarded.

“Beautiful business can mean different things to different people. For some, it could be finding your passion and pursuing it tirelessly to realise your vision. For others, it may be the moment when everything comes together to create a business, or it could be the flexibility and lifestyle that’s so important to some business owners,” Elmslie added.

The campaign will run across social media, and will be supported by a sponsored podcast and an outdoor advertising campaign.
