XYZ Networks to launch LifeStyle Home

XYZ Networks will add to the LifeStyle Channel portfolio with the launch of LifeStyle Home – a dedicated channel to home and property ideas. The network will also launch LifeStyle HD the same day.

The announcement:

XYZnetworks will launch their fourth LifeStyle channel brand, LifeStyle HOME, on Tuesday March 1, 2011. Australia’s only channel totally dedicated to home and property entertainment, LifeStyle HOME brings together the best inspirational and informative ideas for every Australian home. LifeStyle HD, a high definition simulcast of XYZnetworks’ flagship LifeStyle Channel, also launches the same day.

XYZnetworks CEO Bruce Mann said: “The launch of LifeStyle HOME represents the next important extension to our portfolio of LifeStyle branded channels and has been designed to complement our already successful The LifeStyle Channel, LifeStyle FOOD and LifeStyle YOU channels. We are also excited to begin simulcasting our flagship channel, The LifeStyle Channel, in high definition. No other media entity in Australia is as committed to the lifestyle genre as XYZnetworks, which we believe the launch of these new channels demonstrates.”
