Yahoo!7 appoints Penny Diamantakiou CFO
Yahoo!7 has appointed ex-Optus commercial director Penny Diamantakiou as chief financial officer.

Sydney, Australia, 3 October, 2012 – Yahoo!7 today announced the appointment of Penny Diamantakiou to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As CFO, Penny will lead the financial arm of the Yahoo!7 business.
Penny is the former Commercial Director of Optus’ Consumer Division and former Board Director of PPS Pty Ltd and comes to Yahoo!7 with extensive experience driving change and performance outcomes in complex businesses. This had included retail/wholesale online channels throughout her past 12 years at SingTel Optus Pty Ltd.
Commenting on the new appointment, the first since his appointment as Yahoo!7 CEO, Stuart Sayers said: “Yahoo!7 is continuing to grow and diversify our revenue streams and is taking advantage of the new opportunities constantly emerging in the digital industry. Penny’s background is a complement to the digital media industry and with a strong consumer focus provides the opportunity for further diversity of ideas and experience to assist Yahoo!7 in its process of maturing as a business,” he said.
Penny, will report to Stuart Sayers and joins the Yahoo!7 Executive team. Penny will play a key role in establishing and executing the long term goals of the organisation.
