Aruma unveils digital campaign for rebranded Club Aruma support service

Aruma, one of Australia’s largest disability charities, has launched a new digital campaign to promote its rebranded support service: Club Aruma.

Previously known as Community and Social Participation, Club Aruma offers disability support services across New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria.

The campaign includes a mix of digital strategies, such as search engine marketing, email marketing, and geotargeted social media ads.

Aruma plans to host local events to raise awareness about the rebranded service.

The promotional material features participants from Aruma discussing their favourite activities within their local communities.

The campaign has already seen great success, with a 162% increase in unique web users and a staggering 1600% increase in inquiries in September compared to last year.

Aruma’s chief customer officer, Heidi Clarris, said: “The Club Aruma campaign is an important step in leveraging our point of difference in how we train our staff and offer this type of support to people with a disability across Australia.

“This inclusive club empowers our participants to select activities and special interest groups that resonate with their preferences, enabling them to connect with peers and explore their interests within their local community.

“Club Aruma members will get access to support from our highly trained staff who specialise in complex care when and how they need it.”

The campaign, which is divided into three phases, will soon enter its second phase later this month.
