Australia’s ‘worst sleeper’ spends 24 hours in IKEA’s glass sleep billboard at Sydney Harbour

After a nationwide search for Australia’s worst sleeper, Jack Ngu stepped into IKEA’s first-ever Sleep Billboard this week, where he will spend 24 hours inside a glass-sided box at Sydney Harbour.

Ngu, who usually sleeps in a single bed and often wakes up feeling drained despite getting eight hours of sleep, is now testing out what IKEA’s sleep experts have designed to ensure a perfect night’s rest.

The Sleep Billboard, part of IKEA’s year-long focus on sleep, puts the retailer’s products, solutions, and expertise to the test, demonstrating how even the worst sleepers can benefit from their approach to sleep health.
