Bad Neighbours takes $4.7m in second weekend as Amazing Spiderman 2 plummets

The film posted $4.723m in ticket sales this weekend, $2m more than the $2.631m it made last week, and held its lead over The Other Woman which remained the second most popular cinema choice in its third week after the film starring Cameron Diaz topped box office sales on launch.

Chef,  starring writer and director Jon Favreau alongside Robert Downey Jr and Scarlett Johansson, was the third biggest film on its debut weekend, despite taking less than $1m.
