Bauer Media announces new ‘action-packed’ television show to air on 10 Bold
Bauer Media Group has announced a new television show which will air on 10 Bold and Prime TV from June 1.
Mighty Machines will showcase the ‘wildest machinery’ the world has to offer and is sponsored by several Bauer titles. The show will air weekly on Saturdays at 4:30pm for 10 weeks.
Hosted by transport and machinery journalists Cobey Bartels and Harrison Hunkin, each episode of Mighty Machines will feature reviews, comparisons, adventures and profiles of the men, women and machinery that make up the transport and machinery industry. The publisher is also teasing a number of celebrity appearances across the season.
Bauer Media Group general manager of publishing and executive producer Terry King said the show is a milestone achievement for the company.
“This is a really exciting project for us because it highlights our skillset across many different platforms, from magazines, digital, social, and now to television,” King said.
“It’s the only show of its type in Australia and New Zealand it covers some of the nation’s largest employment sectors.
“The show is produced entirely in-house by our talented journalists and videographers, again highlighting our multi-platform ability as a publisher.”
The content from Mighty Machines will be replicated across Bauer’s print titles and digital platforms. The titles sponsoring the program include Deals on Wheels, TradeTrucks.com.au, Earthmovers & Excavators, TradeEarthmovers.com.au, Farms & Farm Machinery, TradeFarmMachinery.com.au, OwnerDriver, Australasian Bus & Coach and Australasian Transport News.
The announcement comes after Bauer launched a marketing and sales service for SMEs in Europe and sold Money magazine to Rainmaker earlier this year.

I know this show is bought to us by the Isuzu d-max but come on! It was nearly borderline sickening the talk up of the dmax. So there is absolutely no bad points too the d-max, I’ve driven one and the suspension is underwhelming to say the least. and finish and fittment is just not up to 2019 standards, well I suppose they need to be Biased Isuzu is paying the bills, that’s why unbiased reviews are more valuable!!
