Brisbane North PHN wants to help people ‘find the reasons to stay’ in suicide prevention campaign

Creative agency New World Order has created a digital campaign for Brisbane North PHN, joining the fight against suicide.

The campaign seeks to help people find ‘reasons to stay’ by stimulating conversations that encourage those suffering to talk to someone who can help.

New World Order looked to the lived experience of suicide survivors and experts in suicide prevention to inform the campaign. The ads will push traffic to the campaign website reasonstostay.com.au.

New Word Order creative director, Scott Oxford, said: “We’ve reached a point where almost all of us have been touched somehow by suicide, and the heartbreaking question keeps getting asked – what could we have done differently? There’s no real answer to that, but there are things we can all do now to help prevent suicide form happening.

“This campaign is in support of the brilliant work Brisbane North PHN are doing in their region, but their heart, and ours, is to see this campaign spread far beyond the boundaries of their region and make a difference to the lives of people everywhere.”

“It’s definitely one of those campaign we can all agree on – and sharing it can make the difference in someone’s life,” Oxford said.
