Cannes Lions launches categories for young marketers and film producers
Two new categories have been added to the Cannes Young Lions, an international competition to find the best emerging talent in the ad industry.
Aussie marketers and film producers under 28 years-old will now get the opportunity to compete in the contest, adding to categories for media, print and digital.
Competition details can be found on Oz Cannes website.
The Film category is sponsored by Foxtel, the Young Marketer category by CBA and Telstra, with support from the Australian Association of National Advertisers.
Last year, Australia missed out on the digital and media Young Lions but Matt Swinburne and Mike Felix from Leo Burnett Sydney won in the print category.
The International Festival of Creativity will be held in Cannes from 17-23 June.
