CX Lavender’s CXTX launches new AI-powered offering
CX Lavender’s sister company CXTX has relaunched no_code, an AI-powered digital creation platform that enables marketing departments to create digital campaigns in-house, completely code-free.
Described as the “world’s first digital creation platform”, CEO Adam Washington said it is not designed to replace existing tech and martech tools, but to “add a new key piece at a key moment that solves a consistent problem in martech”.
“The process of creating a digital asset is really tough,” he told Mumbrella.
“It’s a lot of offline code development and manual visual content creation, a lot of manual testing. So across the key components of the platform services, which is email, display, social, out-of-home, and digital point of sale, we’ve built a platform that allows you to make all of those assets in-house, code free.”
He continued: “It brings the sophistication of marketing technology that already exists largely today, to the specific first stage of asset creation.”
The platform originally launched in 2019, as an email-only function, but now, it is available for all digital asset creation.
“No_code has been around for a while, but this new version lets anyone use it – designers, marketers, copywriters, digital producers, anyone,” said chief engineer, Clint Bauer.
Using AI adaptive writing to adjust copy tone, the tool is set to suit any brand, according to Bauer.
“The AI works as a supporting function. It’s an AI copywriter, basically,” he said.
“Once you’ve created a headline, it helps tweak that. It can change tones of voice, we can make it professional, make it funny, make it emotive.
“We can use data in our system to create personalisation, and really easily create these assets with AI, without losing that personal touch.”
The platform has four key features: Campaign creation, brand governance, digital asset management and AI assistance.
“These pillars just streamline the process and enable faster, easier, more supported creation,” Washington continued.
“It is full workflow control inside of the platform, meaning brands effectively have a one-stop shop for feedback, amends, full track changes.”

Bauer concluded: “No_code represents a significant step forward in digital marketing. It empowers businesses to take control of their digital campaigns, ensuring a more efficient and brand-consistent approach, all while eliminating the need for coding or developer assistance.”
Brands that have used no_code include Virgin Australia for it’s Velocity program, and Accent Group, a multi-brand network.
