DDB hires managing director of Y&R Sasha Firth as managing partner
DDB Sydney has appointed Sasha Firth as managing partner to lead the Westpac account.
Firth left Y&R after two years as its managing director, following a wide change to WPP’s management structure.
Sasha Firth joins DDB as Managing Partner for the Westpac account
Firth takes over from Chiquita King who exited the role earlier this year.
DDB Australia CEO, Andrew Little, said in a statement: “It gives me great pleasure to welcome Sasha to the DDB Group in Australia. She is the epitome of talented and nice and will help to further DDB Sydney’s great progress on Westpac that the current team have created.”
Firth said: “I’m thrilled to be joining such an iconic agency to work on such an iconic Australian brand. DDB has a great, talented team producing outstanding work for Westpac, and I hope to be able to build upon these already strong foundations.”
