Ping! A couple of emails excitingly arrive in Dr Mumbo’s inbox from Australia’s direct marketing association, ADMA.
Apparently they’re doing some training courses in digital marketing.
Dr Mumbo wonders whether ADMA’s own marketing people have been on the course yet.

Oh come on – like this has never happened to you before, or is your technology perfect Dr Mumbo? Ease up. Some poor bugger has probably already had the morning from hell without their boss now worrying about public comment.
