Hall & Partners | Open Mind appoint new associate director

Suzanne Walker has been appointed to the role of associate director at communications research consultancy Hall & Partners | Open Mind.

The annoucement:

Specialist brand and communications research consultancy, Hall & Partners | Open Mind, today announced Suzanne Walker’s appointment as Associate Director.

She joins Hall & Partners | Open Mind’s expanding quantitative team, working in particular with EngagerTM projects.

EngagerTM is Hall & Partners | Open Mind’s proprietary strategic and evaluative framework that quantifies effective brand engagement, allowing brands to formally measure their integrity as well as consumer participation.

Dr Vicki Arbes, CEO of Hall & Partners | Open Mind, said: “Suzanne’s research focus has been firmly in the consumer brand space with a strong interest in concept, product and claims testing, and pricing and brand positioning research. She has covered industries ranging from alcoholic drinks, confectionery, tooth whitening to diamonds.

“Suzanne has extensive analytical experience, using it to get the most out of data and communicate the real story the numbers are telling.”

Walker said: “Hall & Partners | Open Mind has an exciting and growing array of clients availing themselves of the EngagerTM model. It is fantastic to deploy my insight and experience to help the team deliver great results for our clients.”

Walker began her career in London in 2003 working for Research International and moved to Australia nearly five years ago.

She went on to become the lead analyst and internal advisor for the Research International /TNS proprietary concept testing tool for both Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

She has a B.Sc. Psychology and Statistics.

Walker is based at Hall & Partners | Open Mind’s Melbourne offices.
