Hatched Media acquires Frank Media

Independent media agency, Hatched Media, has acquired media, marketing and communications agency, Frank Media.

The acquisition will see Frank Media’s staff, clients and brand absorbed into Hatched Media.

Frank Media’s offerings include communications planning, content marketing, programmatic, strategy, media buying, CRM, EDM, research, customer insight, PR, SEM, SEO, social media strategy and management, social media advertising, social media training and workshops, reporting, analytics and media planning, negotiation and buying.

The recently acquired company boasts American Tourister, High Sierra, IXL Home, Lifestyle Communities, Movember, Luna Park (Melbourne), Lipault Paris, Sub Zero & Wolf, St John Ambulance (Victoria and NSW) and Sumitomo Rubber as clients.

Martyn Thomas, founder of Frank Media, said in a statement: “After 18 years of Frank I am thoroughly delighted to have joined forces with such a like-minded company.

Frank Media’s clients will be added to Hatched Media’s current client portfolio which consists of Autobarn, Midas, ABS Group, Dairy Australia, Sensis (Yellow Pages & White Pages), Fernwood Fitness, Dennis Family Homes, Strike Bowling, Henley Homes, Village Cinemas, Hairhouse Warehouse, Boost Juice, Capi Sparkling and CBUS Property.
