Haystac wins the public relations account for Fossil

Denstsu Aegis Network’s PR arm Haystac has won the public relations account for accessories brand Fossil.

The agency will be responsible for a strategic and insights led campaign that will celebrate the concept of time.

Fossil’s managing director for Australia, Ives Palmer, said: “They fully understood what makes our audience tick, how we can connect with them in an authentic way, and delivered a unique strategy that was both creative and results-focused.”

Simone Pipkorn, who joined as Haystac managing director in February, said in a statement: “Retailing in Australia is constantly evolving to meet the ever-changing demands of the consumer. Our unique strategic process allows us to deeply understand the personal values of our clients’ audiences to truly resonate with them and build powerful brand connections.

“The win is testament to the team’s hard work and passion and shows how Network integration provides the best outcomes and solutions for existing clients.”

Fossil also works with one of DAN’s media agencies, Vizeum.

In November last year, Haystac underwent a national leadership restructure, which saw Nicole Hamilton become Melbourne GM, Haylie Marchant promoted to national head of strategy and Kate Ward take on Marchant’s former role of Brisbane GM.
